REIKI
As a Christian Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner, Lynette infuses Intuition, Integrity, Wisdom, and Wellness for soul-centered healing of mind, body, soul, and spirit, grounded in the belief that all true healing comes from God and God alone.
The body is an energetic system designed by God. Reiki is a structured approach that works with the body’s natural energy pathways (or meridians) to address imbalances and blockages that need restoration and healing.
At the outset of a session, Lynette clearly communicates that she has no power, nor is she channeling power to heal. She is simply a conduit through which God's healing power flows. She then begins her sessions with prayer to God, directly invoking His power and inviting His presence to guide her hands either hovering over or gently touching (with client's permission) different areas of the body, remaining in a prayerful, meditative state, trusting that God is at work within the session to bring about physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
Reiki, when integrated with Christian faith, becomes more than just a healing technique; it becomes an act of faith, a means of tapping into the divine energy that God has placed within each of us to bring about true, lasting healing.

Animal-Assisted therapy is a therapeutic intervention that incorporates our girls Shekinah & Zoey into your treatment plan.
They work together in therapeutic activities that are outlined with clear goals for change, measurable objectives, and the expectation of identifiable progress.
Mental Health
Smiles and conversation may be a major step in the battle against depression, may aid to increase self-esteem, reduce anxiety and loneliness.
Stress Relief
Interacting with a well-behaved and well-trained therapy animal has been clinically proven to release calm endorphins in the brain, which causes an automatic relaxation response. This is believed to even reduce the amount of medication that some people need to withstand physical pain.
Motor Skills
Use a leash to maneuver walking the dogs, reaching to the girls, or bending to pet, pat, stroke, or brush Shekinah and/or Zoey all increase gross motor skills.
